Thank you for visiting We know you have a choice in choosing a salon and spa, and appreciate your business. The following information is intended to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.

Attire. Most massage and bodywork techniques are traditionally performed with the client unclothed; however, you may decide what amount of clothing you prefer to wear for your own comfort, like undergarments or a bathing suit. You will be properly draped during your session; only the area being worked on will be exposed.

Appointments. Walk-ins are always welcome, but without an appointment we can only accommodate you to our best. Calling in advance is always recommended so that you may secure the day and time that works best for you. Arriving early will allow you to enjoy a beverage upon arrival, complete any paperwork, change if necessary, and also to enjoy every minute of your experience. If you do arrive late, please know that your treatment will still finish at the scheduled time, and the fee will remain unchanged.
Cancellation Policy. Please provide a 24 to 48 hour notice when canceling any appointment. Cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice may be charged 50% of the total service price. Clients who fail to cancel altogether may be charged for the entire service upon the next rescheduled appointment.
Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are available in any amount. To be redeemed, they must be present at the time of service. We are not responsible for lost gift certificates, and they cannot be refunded.
Respect Other Guests. All guests deserve to have a peaceful and satisfying experience. For this reason, we request that your cell phone be silenced during spa treatments. For reasons of maintaining a spa ambience, and also for safety, children without appointments are not allowed in treatment rooms, nor in the reception or salon areas without supervision.
Valuables. Please do not bring your valuables to the Salon & Spa. Many spa treatments require you to remove jewelry; we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen valuables.
Retail Products. Exclusive's Salon & Spa has hair products for sale. We carry the following brands: Pureology, Nioxin, Kenra and Paul Mitchell. Products, with receipt, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a credit.
Pricing. The prices listed on our Hair, Nails, Face & Body pages are listed in price ranges, as each member of our team maintains separate pricing. The price range may change without being updated on this website immediately.
Payment Methods. Exclusive's Salon & Spa prefers cash or personal checks, but can accept Visa and MasterCard. Returned checks are subject to a fee. We also offers gift certificates, which also can serve as a form of payment.
Gratuity. Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated. Most guests follow the same guidelines used by service related businesses, which is 10% to 20%.
